Shipyards in Carantec, the shipwreck of the privateering ship "L'Alcide", off our coast, escapes to England during the Occupation, marine maps, oyster farming and many other themes are presented in the maritime Museum.

Opening dates and times
Spring holiday:
From April 11 to April 19: from 15.00 to 18.00 (closed on Thursdays)
From June 15 to June 30: from 15.00 to 18.00 (closed on Thursdays)
Summer holiday:
From July 1 to August 31: open everyday from 10.00 to 12.00 and 15.00 to 18.00. Closed on Thursday and Sunday mornings.
Summer exhibition : "Caillebot : peintre, architecte naval et régatier".
The Museum is open on request for groups of 8 people and more all year round.
